Entitlement to Post Retirement Increases:

When the Alternate Payee is in receipt of benefits under this order and the Plan increases benefits for those in pay status as a result of a cost-of-living adjustment or other improvements in benefits:

The Alternate Payee shall receive an increased benefit as a result of a cost-of-living adjustment or benefit improvement pro rata based on the benefit assigned to the Alternate Payee pursuant to paragraph 5 hereof.
